& SUPPORT
Gold Hill offers several alternative
Professional Service and Support programs. These programs
provide the highest quality service and support
available, designed to meet the individual needs of each
customer. Gold Hill's Professional Service and Support
staff is committed to working with customers to assure
that customers receive the support they require, at the
level they require, when they need it. Whether you are a
first time user learning to build advanced applications,
or a seasoned developer designing a sophisticated and
complex application for delivery, there is a service and
support program available to meet your needs.
SERVICE & MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Our Standard Service and Maintenance program is designed
to provide customers with basic product support and a
cost effective upgrade path for Gold Hill products. The
program provides service and support for installation and
documentation problems, replacement of defective or
damaged media, discounts on major and minor product
releases, and an email or fax response.
GOLDEN SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT
Our Golden Service and Maintenance program is designed to
provide customers with the same service and support
covered under the Standard Service and Maintenance
Agreement PLUS early access to product improvements. Bug
fixes and workarounds are made available as they are
completed and pre-release software is made available
prior to final release.
PCA (PREFERRED CUSTOMER AGREEMENT)
The Preferred Customer Agreement is designed for
customers requiring one or more of the following: volume
purchase of products and/or services, engineering support
and/or customization of Gold Hill technology, or a
combination of the above. The PCA assumes a close working
relationship between the customer and Gold Hill and
assures priority attention from the Gold Hill staff.
Preferred Customer Agreements are tailored individually
for each customer, based on specific requirements.
ISV (INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE VENDOR)
AGREEMENT
The Independent Software Vendor Agreement is designed for
customers developing major applications for re-sale,
requiring engineering support and/or customization of
Gold Hill products, consulting services, volume discount
pricing and/or a combination of the above. The ISV
Agreement assumes a close working relationship between
the customer and Gold Hill and assures priority attention
to both the development and marketing of the customer's
application. ISV Agreements are tailored individually for
each customer, based on specific requirements.

CONSULTING SERVICES
Gold Hill Consulting Services are designed
to help customers design, develop and deploy successful
applications. Gold Hill's experienced consultants are
available to assist customers in any or all phases of
applications development, including:
Design and Specification: Defining
needs, selecting tools and specifying application
design.
Prototyping: development of
application prototype.
Porting: Porting existing
applications to Gold Hill products and porting
Gold Hill products to other hardware platforms.
Application Development: Assisting
with the development and deployment of specific
applications including modifications or
enhancements to Gold Hill software.
Gold Hill Consulting Services are charged on
a project basis.
